What it costs
Free software. Clear payment costs.
RemitRight is the step to try before selling the debt to a collection agency or paying a lawyer: your customer gets a payment plan they can actually manage, and you keep the invoice. No outcome is guaranteed — some customers still won’t pay.
- RemitRight software
Free
No business subscription, no setup fee, no card on file. Reading the bill, texting the customer and running the plan cost your business nothing.
- Stripe processing
Your Stripe rates
Separate from us. Payments run through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's usual processing fee applies and comes out of the payment. We don't mark it up and we never hold the money.
- Optional plan fee
3% over 3 months, or 5% over 5 months
Only if your customer chooses to split the balance instead of paying it in full. They agree to it before the plan starts, and they pay it — it is never deducted from you.
Try it — you be the customer
Be as difficult as you like.
This is the real agent, not a video. Tell her money's tight, claim you already paid, tell her to get lost. She is instructed not to threaten you, not to mention lawyers, and not to discuss you with anyone else — the tone matters to us because the customer is still your customer tomorrow.
Reply STOP and watch what happens. That's the real behaviour, not a demo courtesy.

You hand me the invoice, I do the asking
One photo is the whole job on your end. The awkward part, the chasing, the negotiating, the reply when they finally write back at 9pm, is mine.
You photograph the bill
Snap a photo or drop a PDF. I read the customer, the amount and every line item in seconds — no data entry, no spreadsheets.
AI bill analysisI reach out — kindly
I text your customer in a warm, plain voice and answer their questions whenever they write back — asking, not threatening.
24/7 AI agentThey split it into a plan
One tap turns the balance into automatic monthly payments on Stripe. The 3–5% fee for splitting is theirs — never yours.
Recurring Stripe planYou get paid — automatically
Each installment settles into your own Stripe account on schedule, and you follow every conversation from one calm dashboard instead of a phone call.
Paid on autopilotThe conversation
“Money’s a bit tightright now.”
That sentence is where most invoices die. It’s also the moment RemitRight is built for — because the answer isn’t pressure, it’s a smaller number they can actually say yes to.
- It opens the conversationWarm and plain, never a threat
- It offers a way to say yesThe balance, split into 3 or 5 payments
- The plan pays out to youStraight to your own Stripe account
An illustrative conversation, scripted to show the flow. Not a real customer.
The other way to get paid
You've got two options for an invoice that's gone quiet. One of them costs half of it.

A debt collector
Boring. And expensive.
25–50% of what they recover
- Takes 25–50% of whatever they recover
- Your customer's problem is now with them, not you
- That customer is never coming back to your shop
- You find out what happened in a monthly statement
- Minimum account sizes, contracts, setup calls
Remi
Free. And they're still your customer.
$0 to you, always
- No RemitRight subscription or setup fee
- Texts as your shop, in your name
- Offers 3 or 5 months so they can actually say yes
- Stops the moment anyone replies STOP
- You watch every message as it happens
We only ever make money if your customer chooses to split the balance — they cover 3% over three months, or 5% over five. Pay in full and we make nothing. Either way the invoice is yours.
I have the conversation you'd rather not
I remember every line on the invoice. I answer “why do I owe this?” I offer a plan instead of a threat. If they write to me at 9pm on a Sunday, I answer at 9pm on a Sunday, and I keep it civil, because they're still your customer tomorrow.
- I know every line item on the invoice
- I offer a plan, not an ultimatum
- I reply in seconds, whatever hour they write
- I keep the tone respectful, and hand off to you anytime
You stay in control. Approve the tone, pause any time, or step in with one tap. RemitRight never goes anywhere you wouldn't.
Nothing hidden. Move the slider.
RemitRight has no business subscription or setup fee. Customers choosing a plan pay a 3–5% plan fee. See the payment breakdown in Canadian dollars.
Adjust estimated card-processing fees
Illustrative inputs, not a fee quote. Check your Stripe account for your rates.
If your customer pays in full instead, they pay exactly CA$840.00 — and RemitRight earns nothing. We only get paid when splitting actually rescues the payment. Stripe processing still applies; actual fees and rounding depend on your account and payment method.
In good hands — and so are your customers
Powered by Stripe
Payments and payouts run on Stripe's PCI-compliant rails. We never see or store a card number.
We never ask for your card
There's no business billing, so there's simply nothing of yours to expose. Connect Stripe and you're done.
Compliance-aware by design
Every message identifies RemitRight and the business it's writing for, and a one-word STOP opts your customer out on the spot.
You see every word
Every message in and out is on your dashboard as it happens, and you can reply yourself at any point. RemitRight works for you, not around you.
