What RemitRight does with the outstanding ones
You add the overdue invoice. RemitRight texts the customer, answers their questions, and offers to split the balance into 3 or 5 automatic monthly payments through Stripe. The money goes to your own Stripe account.
Your business pays nothing, on any invoice. If the customer chooses to split rather than pay in full, they pay a convenience fee: 3% on a 3-month plan, 5% on a 5-month plan. If they pay in full, there is no fee at all and RemitRight earns nothing.
Every message carries a one-word opt-out, as CASL requires, and RemitRight operates in Canada only.
