Small Claims Court vs Automated Collection

Filing in small claims court means a fee, forms, and a hearing date you have to show up for. Automated follow-up means the invoice gets texted about instead: RemitRight's AI contacts your customer, answers their questions, and offers to split the balance into 3 or 5 automatic monthly payments through Stripe.

There is no RemitRight subscription or collection commission, so it may be worth trying before you file. Court remains an option afterwards. A customer who chooses a plan also pays a separate 3% over three months or 5% over five months.
